How Does the Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Process Work?

2 - Step two is that we not only solicit feedback from you in the form of a 360 degree assessment, we also include everyone you directly work with: above, below and across as well.
3 - Step three sets out one or two specific skills to develop over the course of the year. This also means including those around you to know what you're working on.
4 - The final step involves feedback and feedforward from those around you on a monthly basis for the remainder of the year, letting you know how you are doing regarding the skills you've chosen to develop.
